  • Patent number: 10842177
Abstract: The dehydrator minimizes energy use by using a dual-inlet heater fan in cooperation with first and second temperature sensors to measure temperature of the recycled air flowing within the enclosure, while both the ambient and recycled air flow through separate first and second inlets into the fan. Depending upon temperature differences, a controller can change fan heat output and air flow rates through the fan. The dehydrator minimizes space by having a collapsible enclosure embodiment that utilizes folding walls secured to pivoting front and back walls to form both a collapsed configuration and also a fully assembled configuration.

  • Patent number: 8939069
Abstract: A collapsible bread dough rising box is disclosed that can be assembled for warming bread dough during rising, and then collapsed into a folded middle section held between a top member and bottom for easy transport and storage. The box can be large enough to hold a large mixing bowl or several bread pans. A multi-position switch or thermostat can be used to maintain the internal temperature at a desired value between 80 and 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Ventilation channels can be cooperative with the thermostat. Lights can indicate power on, heater on, desired temperature reached and/or safety mechanism activated. Hinges can connect the top member and the middle member to the bottom, for easy assembly and folding. The box is affordable for home bakers. In preferred embodiments the middle is composed of molded plastic panels and living hinges that snap together, thereby further minimizing the cost.

  • Patent number: 6880333
Abstract: A control system for a vehicle having a hydraulic drive device such as a hydrostatic transmission or integrated hydrostatic transaxle with a return to neutral feature and a brake mechanism. The system includes a pair of linkages connected to the vehicle brake pedal; one is engaged to the return to neutral arm and the other is engaged to the brake of the drive device, so that actuation of the vehicle brake pedal first causes the return to neutral feature of the drive device to engage to reduce vehicle speed and eventually to return the device to the neutral position. As the vehicle brake pedal is further actuated, the brake mechanism of the drive device is also engaged.

  • Patent number: 6167318
Abstract: An oil mist generating system and monitoring method is shown and described, including pressurized air and oil supplies connected to a mist generating head. Sensors are provided for monitoring current values of the system operating parameters and for generating data signals based on the monitored values. A data processor functionally connected to the sensors generates signals based on the data input, such as an alarm signal if one of the monitored values is beyond the extremes of a predetermined range of values indicative of a fault condition. A visual display device displays programmed messages based on the signals generated by the data processing means. If a fault condition exists, the displayed messages aid the user in diagnosing and correcting the reason for the alarm signal. The user may manually request further programmed messages using a keypad, which messages direct the user to take predetermined actions to troubleshoot the problem and maintain the system at an appropriate operating level.

  • Patent number: 4795260
Abstract: The subject invention relates to a method and apparatus for identifying and testing the location of areas of interest on a workpiece and specifically, unmasked areas on a semiconductor wafer. In the subject method, the surface of the wafer is scanned with a search beam of radiation. The power of the reflected search beam will be a function of the optical reflectivity of the surface of the sample. Since the optical reflectivity of the unmasked areas are different from the masked areas, the power measurement of the reflected search beam can be used to identify the location of areas to be measured. In the preferred testing procedure, an intensity modulated pump beam is used to periodically excite a region in the identified unmasked area.
