  • Patent number: 11776546
Abstract: Techniques are described for providing information during a service session, using an intelligent agent. The intelligent agent executes as a process to monitor communications exchanged during a service session between an individual and a service representative (SR) within a service environment. The agent analyzes the communications to identify questions or other topics that are posed by the individual during the service session. The agent retrieves stored data related to such questions or other topics, and generates a message to address each question or other topic. The message is injected into the service session to be presented to the individual, to supplement the conversation that is taking place between the SR and the individual. In some implementations, the agent monitors the communications, generates the message, and/or injects the message into the service session at least partly autonomously of any explicit action taken by the SR.

  • Publication number: 20100280793
Abstract: A method for measuring the efficacy of a dental care product with respect to plaque removal on the teeth of a volunteer, comprising the steps: a) requesting selection of a plaque index system on a display device; b) requesting selection of a model tooth to be examined and display of the selected model tooth on the display device; c) requesting input of the plaque data on the model tooth displayed on the display device according to the selected plaque index. d) repeating steps b) and c) for a predetermined number of teeth; and e) determining the percentage amount of plaque for each tooth by calculating the ratio of the area covered with plaque to the tooth surface, wherein the area covered with plaque is calculated according to the selected plaque index.

  • Publication number: 20080201886
Abstract: A toothbrush head with a bristle support member on which a bristle zone with a plurality of bristle tufts is arranged. The bristle tufts include three differently inclined groups of bristle tufts of which a first group is arranged essentially perpendicular to the plane of the bristle support member, a second group is inclined in a direction transverse to the toothbrush head longitudinal axis towards a first side, and a third group is inclined in a direction transverse to the toothbrush head longitudinal axis towards an opposite second side, with the inclined bristle tufts of the second and third group being arranged in transverse rows on the bristle support member. In each transverse row of inclined bristle tufts, all the bristle tufts are inclined towards the same side, with the bristle inclined from the outside inwards.
