  • Publication number: 20120231850
Abstract: An application program stored on a mobile telephone is provided. The mobile telephone has a controller and the application program is configured to be executed by the controller. Upon execution of the application program, the controller displays an activation area on a display screen of the mobile telephone. The activation area has at least a first portion and a second portion distinct from the first portion. Upon selection of the first portion of the activation area, the controller accesses one or more prerecorded sounds stored in a memory of the mobile telephone or stored remotely. The controller then displays a listing of identification values associated with the one or more stored prerecorded sounds, retrieves at least one sound upon selection thereof by a user, and transmits the at least one selected sound.

  • Publication number: 20120116996
Abstract: An information processing apparatus and associated method for analyzing investment information. An input unit receives a financial request and one or more investment variables relating to the financial indicator and a description vector unit generates at least two vectors containing the one or more investment variables based on the financial request. A description vector similarity unit then calculates a similarity value by comparing the at least two vectors and an investment analysis unit analyzes the similarity value and the financial request, and determines investment advice based on results of the analysis.

  • Publication number: 20100265181
Abstract: In the embodiments of the present invention, a system, method and computer useable medium are introduced that increase the efficiency in which a user can interface, through keys prediction, with a system that includes a touch screen display, a computer usable medium; having a computer readable instructions for controlling a computer, a computer processor, and a predictive algorithm. This method provides the user with the ability to quickly identify and select, through the enhanced keys prediction, and display the keys of the cell phone or electronic media. The keys include but are not limited to, icons, numbers, symbols and their combinations. In addition, the computer processor and the predictive algorithm, using the keys that are inputted through the touch screen or keypad, anticipate the icons, numbers and symbols necessary to complete the interface request resulting in increase user efficiency.

  • Publication number: 20100010686
Abstract: A system for distributing alternatively generated power to a real estate development having at least two individual properties includes at least one alternative energy power generator. A distribution station is coupled to the at least one alternative energy power generator. A plurality of real estate properties are coupled to the distribution station. A written instrument associates ownership rights in a portion of the power received from the alternative energy power generator with ownership of at least one of the plurality of real estate properties. A method includes providing a plurality of real estate properties and an alternative energy power generator that forms a cooperative power farm coupled to a distribution station. A credit of power provided from the cooperative power farm to the distribution station is metered. Rights to a portion of the metered credit are included with ownership of at least one of the plurality of real estate properties.
