    Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention provides a system that speeds up timing analysis by reusing delays computed for isomorphic subcircuit. During operation, the system receives a circuit block to be analyzed, wherein the circuit block is in the form of a netlist. The system then subdivides the circuit block into a set of subcircuits. The subcircuits are then partitioned into equivalence classes, which contain subcircuits which are topologically isomorphic to each other. Next, the system performs a timing analysis by tracing paths through a timing graph for the circuit block. During this timing analysis, whenever a delay is required for a subcircuit, the system determines if a corresponding delay has been already computed for the equivalence class associated with the subcircuit. If so, the system reuses the delay. If not, the system computes the delay for the subcircuit, and then associates the computed delay with the equivalence class so that the computed delay can be reused for isomorphic subcircuits.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) architecture in which efficient operation is achieved without requiring a blocking layer by locating the recombination zone close to the hole transport side of the emissive layer. Aryl-based hosts and Ir-based dopants with suitable concentrations result in an efficient phosphorescent OLED structure. Previously, blocking layer utilization in phosphorescent OLED architectures was considered essential to avoid exciton and hole leakage from the emissive layer, and thus keep the recombination zone inside the emissive layer to provide high device efficiency and a pure emission spectrum.

    Abstract: The present invention provides organic light emitting devices having a combined emission from at least two emissive materials, a fluorescent blue emissive material and a phosphorescent emissive material. The device may further comprise additional fluorescent or phosphorescent emissive materials. In preferred embodiments, the invention provides OLEDs having three different emissive materials—a red emissive material, a green emissive material and a blue emissive material. The invention provides a device architecture which is optimized for efficiency and lifetime by using a combination of fluorescent and phosphorescent emitters. Further, in preferred embodiments the device architecture provides a high color-stability of the light emission over a wide range of currents or luminances.

    Abstract: A system and method for reducing the cost of producing a brushless DC motor (58) is presented. The brushless DC motor (58) provides higher power density and efficiency with an increased tool run time. The brushless DC motor (58) includes a rotor assembly (72) that has an unmagnetized permanent magnet (74) affixed to a shaft. The permanent magnet (74) remains unmagnetized until the motor is partially assembled. A plurality of coils (94) for producing a magnetic field are wound about the rotor assembly (72). The coils (94) include end turns that enclose the rotor assembly (72) such that the rotor assembly (72) is not removable. Since the windings (94) are wound with the rotor assembly (72) already enclosed, the windings (94) do not require large end coils to allow subsequent insertion of the rotor (72). Minimizing the end coils reduces the length of wire required per turn, thereby reducing the resistance of the winding (94).

    Abstract: A cap assembly is provided for a container that defines a reservoir for power steering fluid. The cap assembly has an outer cap adapted to be secured to an open mouth of the container and an inner cap secured to the outer cap and adapted to extend through the open mouth into a neck of the container. The inner cap has an O-ring adapted to seal against a neck of the container. A build-up of air in the reservoir is vented to the outside atmosphere through a passageway in the cap assembly. A filter in the passageway is adapted to pass the air but not to pass a mist emanating from the power steering fluid.

    Abstract: Clear, or translucent fabric softener compositions comprise fabric softener compound, principal solvent system, and high electrolyte levels. The high electrolyte level allows for a broader range of principal solvents to be used and/or reduces the incidence of increased viscosity when low levels of principal solvent are used. Phase stabilizers which are primarily ethoxylated hydrophobic materials can be used to reduce the amount of principal solvent that is needed and/or to stabilize the compositions in the presence of the highest levels of electrolyte. Specific phase stabilizers provide additional benefits including improved softening. Specific electrolytes provide improved results. Addition of primary solvents and/or phase stabilizers to the softener compounds can improve the viscosity/handling of the compounds and the ability to create the finished compositions.

    Abstract: An adhesive bandage for the treatment of warts on the human skin is provided, comprising an upper layer of polyethylene coated cloth having a color and texture resembling a conventional bandage and visible upon application to the skin, the upper layer further including a center section and at least one side portion extending from the center section; and a lower layer permanently bonded to and coextending with the center section and the side portion, the lower layer having a rubber-based, waterproof, and nonbreathable adhesive material. The rubber-based adhesive material includes adhesive qualities identical in all respects to that of conventional duct tape. Optionally, the rubber-based adhesive material may be present only directly beneath the center section, while a skin-releasable adhesive material is present only directly beneath the side portion. A method of using the bandage for the treatment of warts is also provided.

The lifting table of the present invention is motor driven and controlled to limit the shock loading experienced by the containers as they are positioned within the cases. The lifting table includes a pair spur gears driven by the motor in meshing arrangement with a pair rack gears each mounted to a table and a novel gear guide to maintain proper engagement between the racks and gears and further to provide for backlash adjustment between the gears.
