Patent number: 12614957Abstract: In a method for mounting a prefabricated form-wound coil or tooth-wound coil on a layered laminated core to form a stator segment or stator, the form-wound coil or tooth-wound coil is insulated with insulation. Laminates are punched and stacked to form partial laminated cores and/or a laminated core, with the partial laminated cores being spaced apart from one another by spacers and forming substantially axially extending open slots of the laminated core. The form-wound coil or tooth-wound coil are radially inserted into the slots such as to embrace a tooth of the laminated core, and a removable auxiliary element is placed at an axial end face of the laminated core to protect the insulation of the form-wound coil or tooth-wound coil as the form-wound coil or tooth-wound coil is radially inserted into the slots. The auxiliary element is radially removed and repositioned on a further tooth of the laminated core.Type: GrantFiled: February 5, 2021Date of Patent: April 28, 2026Assignee: Flender GmbHInventors: Artur Deutsch, Norbert Schönbauer, Michael Weger

Patent number: 12500467Abstract: A surface insulating material includes three or more individual layers that are stacked on top of one another. The surface insulating material has a longitudinal extent, a transverse extent and a radial extent, in such a way that the individual layers have different dimensions at least in the transverse extent.Type: GrantFiled: May 17, 2021Date of Patent: December 16, 2025Assignee: Flender GmbHInventors: Artur Deutsch, Norbert Schönbauer, Michael Weger

Publication number: 20250359578Abstract: The subject matter of the present invention is a creatine agglomerate with improved solubility characteristics in aqueous systems and improved handling, thus simplifying the intake of creatine. The agglomerate is characterized in that it contains 30 to 99.9 wt. % of ground creatine and/or ground creatine derivatives and/or ground creatine salts and 0.1 to 30 wt. % of a binder containing at least one oligosaccharide, in particular maltodextrin, based on the total weight of the agglomerate.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 12, 2023Publication date: November 27, 2025Applicant: Alzchem Trostberg GmbHInventors: Stephan WINKLER, Michael WEGER, Barbara NIEß

Patent number: 11942844Abstract: A tooth-wound coil of a stator or of a stator segment of a dynamo-electric machine having two straight sections spaced apart from each other and running substantially parallel. Two 180° curves are located on the ends thereof, wherein the straight sections have an active part area, the axial extend of which is less than or equal to that of the straight section. The tooth-wound coil has a symmetrical extension plane running in the longitudinal direction. An insulation material is provided around the straight sections of the tooth-wound coil. The material effects groove isolation and/or phase isolation in the stator or stator segment.Type: GrantFiled: August 29, 2019Date of Patent: March 26, 2024Assignee: Flender GmbHInventors: Kevin Bodensiek, Robin Brenner, Klaus Schäfer, Norbert Schönbauer, Michael Weger

Patent number: 11349365Abstract: A stator segment of a stator of a dynamoelectric machine includes slotted laminations arranged axially one behind the other, such that substantially axially extending slots are formed. Coils are arranged in the slots, wherein one coil side or two coil sides of different coils are arranged in a slot. The laminations have at least one open slot on their outer boundary sides parallel to the slot. The coil sides are fixed in the open slots by an amagnetic fastener on the stator segment.Type: GrantFiled: February 7, 2019Date of Patent: May 31, 2022Assignee: FLENDER GMBHInventors: Robin Brenner, Artur Deutsch, Norbert Schönbauer, Michael Weger
