  • Publication number: 20260021798
Abstract: A threaded drive (18) for an electromechanical brake is shown, having a pot-shaped spindle nut with a base and a circumferential wall which has a thread (34) on the inside. In addition, the threaded drive (18) comprises a spindle (20) having an external thread, which projects with its external thread into the interior of the spindle nut, and a drive geometry (38) on the spindle (20) for transmitting a rotational movement to the spindle (20), which, via the external thread, moves the spindle nut axially. The spindle (20) has an end face facing the inner side of the base of the spindle nut and with at least one groove in the shape of an annular segment which extends concentrically with a central axis of rotation of the threaded drive (18) and ends in a stop wall. A stop attachment on the base of the spindle nut penetrates, at the end of the axial movement of the spindle nut relative to the spindle (20), the groove and strikes the stop wall.

  • Publication number: 20240328471
Abstract: A ball screw drive for an actuator assembly of a vehicle brake is disclosed. The ball screw drive has a rotatably mounted recirculating ball screw spindle, on which a spindle nut open on one side is mounted. At least one thread groove is formed on the circumferential surface of the recirculating ball screw spindle, and a corresponding thread groove is formed on the inner surface of the spindle nut. A multiplicity of balls is guided in the thread grooves in such a way that rotation of the recirculating ball screw spindle brings about axial movement of the spindle nut along a rotational axis of the recirculating ball screw spindle. The spindle nut is hardened by ferritic nitrocarburizing. Moreover, a method for producing a ball screw drive and a vehicle brake are disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20240301929
Abstract: A ball screw drive for an actuator assembly of a vehicle brake is disclosed, comprising a rotatably mounted ball screw shaft on which a ball nut, which is open axially on one side, is mounted, wherein at least one thread is formed on a circumferential face of the ball screw shaft and a corresponding thread is formed on an inner face of the ball nut, wherein a large number of balls is guided in the threads in such a way that rotation of the ball screw shaft causes axial displacement of the ball nut along an axis of rotation of the ball screw shaft. The ball nut has a corrosion protection coating on an exterior thereof, at least on an end face thereof and in a region of a circumferential wall adjacent to the end face. A method for producing a ball screw drive is disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20240301930
Abstract: A ball-screw drive for an actuator assembly of a vehicle brake is disclosed, comprising a rotatably mounted recirculating ball screw on which a cup-shaped screw nut is mounted. On a circumferential surface of the recirculating ball screw, at least one thread is formed. On the inner surface of the screw nut, a corresponding thread is formed, wherein, in the threads, a plurality of balls are guided in such a way that a rotation of the recirculating ball screw brings about an axial displacement of the screw nut along an axis of rotation of the recirculating ball screw. The screw nut is formed in two parts and has an inner part, in which the thread is formed, and an outer part, on which the circumferential surface of the screw nut is formed. The outer part has protection against corrosion. Furthermore, an actuator assembly and a method for producing a ball-screw drive are indicated.
