A presentation remote can be used to obtain information about the presentation and provide it to the audience member. In some embodiments, a presentation remote may determine if an earlier meeting is running late. If so, the system may alert current attendees.

The video conferencing system may identify (based on the video conference settings data) a number of data feeds for display on a display screen of each participant in a video conference and (based on the participant display device data) a screen specification for each display screen of each participant. The system may then compute an arrangement for the number of data feeds that fits within an available display area.

The cable management device enables toolless installation, secured mounting in the absence of a cable, cable routing in multiple orientations and the ability to hold more than one cable at a time.

In various embodiments, data is captured about a first user's peripheral usage and environment. A determination is made based on the data as to the first user's current experience. Aspects of the first user's experience are then recreated for a second user. In various embodiments, the experience is shared with the second user via peripherals and output devices.
