Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure include a method for servicing a client account. In some embodiments, the method can include receiving information from the client. In some embodiments, the method can include determining a characteristic associated with the information. In some embodiments, the method can include determining a reactive response to the information, based on the characteristic associated with the information, using artificial intelligence, wherein the reactive response includes presenting a prompt to the user, and wherein the prompt is a prompt that requests additional information from the user specific to the determined characteristic.
