  • Publication number: 20240133461
Abstract: A lubricant system includes a first gearbox defining a first internal cavity, a second gearbox defining a second internal cavity, a first lubricant cooler positioned external the first and second internal cavities, a second lubricant cooler positioned external the first and second internal cavities, and a plurality of fluid passages fluidly connecting the first lubricant cooler and second lubricant coolers to each of the first gearbox and the second gearbox. The first lubricant cooler and the second lubricant cooler are configured to hold lubricant. The fluid passages include a first main fluid passage fluidly connecting the first lubricant cooler to the first gearbox, a second main fluid passage fluidly connecting the second lubricant cooler to the second gearbox, a first auxiliary passage fluidly connecting the first lubricant cooler to the second gearbox, and a second auxiliary passage fluidly connecting the second lubricant cooler to the first gearbox.

  • Publication number: 20230226658
Abstract: Abrasive devices suitable for use in cylinder style floor cleaning machines for the purpose of deep cleaning, restoring, honing and/or polishing are described. The abrasive devices include an elongated body and abrasive structures extending, at least in part, radially outward from an outwardly facing body surface, and relative to a rotational axis of the elongated body.

  • Publication number: 20130089700
Abstract: A composite board having a sorghum stalk material component and a thermoplastic binder component is disclosed together with a corresponding method of manufacture. To prepare the composite board, the sorghum stalk material is harvested, dried and refined into fibers, particles or slit-stalks. In some cases, the stalk material is first combined with a thermosetting binder such PMDI. Next, the stalk material is arranged into one or more layers and then combined with a thermoplastic binder, such as HDPE film, in a stack. In some instances, recycled HDPE may be used. The stack is thermocompressed in a press at a preselected temperature to compress the sorghum and thermoplastic binder to a preselected board thickness. The board is then cooled to below the softening temperature of the thermoplastic resin. After cooling, the board can be cut or trimmed to its final desired dimensions.

  • Publication number: 20080078516
Abstract: Composite panels and pulp, and paper products of the pulp, are produced from Arundo donax. In the fabrication of the composite panels, Arundo donax is comminuted to a suitable size, combined with a binder, and consolidated into panels that meet standards for construction and/or furniture grade panels. The Arundo donax particulates may be combined with wood particulates to produce a mixed furnish that can be used in the preparation of composite panels. Comminuted Arundo donax is treated, in conventional pulping processes, to produce a high tensile strength pulp that can be used in the production of paper. The pulp has a lighter color than wood pulp, and thereby uses less bleaching chemicals to achieve a desired whiteness. The pulp can be combined with wood pulp to produce a variety of products.

  • Publication number: 20020170114
Abstract: A bed cover adjusting apparatus comprising mattress clamps which are adjustable for use with a range of mattress thicknesses and a bed cover engaging rod positioned below a bed cover, and which is length extensible corresponding to a range of mattress widths. An engagement positioning device pivots the engaging rod over a desired angular range, and a position controller is enabled for receiving and acting on wave energy signals of remote origin. The engagement positioning device is pivotally joined with the clamps for movement as driven by the positioning device under commend of the position controller.

  • Patent number: 5073994
Abstract: A low water flush toilet having a bowl with a horizontal ledge extending around the bowl periphery near its open upper end with a flush water nozzle on the ledge for discharging water in a generally horizontal direction onto the ledge. A pulsator is provided for producing pulses of flush water that are discharged onto the ledge with the water of each pulse flowing at varying velocities such that as the water flows around the ledge, some of the water will fall off the ledge around substantially the entire periphery of the bowl resulting in wetting of the entire bowl surface for cleaning the bowl. The pulsator includes a spring biased piston for discharging pulses of water.
