  • Publication number: 20230191568
Abstract: Disclosed is a feeding structure for a fastening device. The feeding structure comprises: a feeding mechanism, one end of which is a feed end, the other end is a discharge end, the feeding mechanism comprises a feed pipe and a conveying pipe that are communicated with each other, a mounting part entering from the feed end can be conveyed to the discharge end through the feed pipe and the conveying pipe. A propulsion mechanism is provided on one side of the feeding mechanism, with a central axis that is parallel to a central axis of the feed pipe. A material receiving portion for communicating the discharge end to receive the mounting part is provided on a shell of the propulsion mechanism, where a propulsion unit action of the propulsion mechanism can push the mounting part conveyed to the material receiving portion and mount same in a target position.

  • Publication number: 20230175535
Abstract: Provided is a cylinder connection assembly comprising a ventilation connection sleeve sleeved on a piston shaft of the cylinder, the ventilation connection sleeve fixedly provided in a cylinder barrel of the cylinder and separates an inner cavity of the cylinder barrel to form front and rear air chambers, a first ventilation hole communicating with the front air chamber and a second ventilation hole communicating with the rear air chamber are provided on the ventilation connection sleeve, so that when the compressed gas is filled into the front air chamber through the first ventilation hole, or the compressed gas is filled into the rear air chamber through the second ventilation hole, the piston assembly in the cylinder barrel can move axially. Through the ventilation connection sleeve provided in the cylinder barrel, the compressed gas can directly enter the front air chamber or the rear air chamber through the ventilation hole thereon.

  • Publication number: 20230166388
Abstract: Provided is a bit attachment device comprising an attaching sleeve, a disassembling-attaching assembly and an abutting assembly arranged in sequence. A first end of the attaching sleeve is attached to a movable rod within the tightening module via a buffer assembly to synchronize movement with the movable rod. A first end of an attaching shaft of the disassembling-attaching assembly forms a tight fit with a second end of the attaching sleeve via a spline structure, and the second end is attached to a bit. The abutting assembly is movably provided at a position on an outer periphery of the second end of the attaching sleeve, so that it can abut against the attaching shaft in a radial direction or move away from the attaching sleeve to loosen the attaching shaft, and with the buffer assembly, mitigate the impact force of the structure to be locked when the bolt is installed.

  • Patent number: 11643278
Abstract: A screw forwarding device for a screw feeder includes a base plate, a vibration mechanism including at least one spring and a vibration motor connected to the at least one spring, and a rail for receiving screws. The rail is connected to a first end of the at least one spring and the at least one spring is arranged at an oblique angle to the rail. The screw forwarding device further includes a fastening mechanism for rigidly connecting a second end of the at least one spring to the base plate, whereby a movement path of the vibration mechanism, during a use of the screw forwarding device, defines a plane of movement. The base plate is oriented substantially parallel to the plane of movement defined by the vibration mechanism.

  • Patent number: 11511939
Abstract: A magazine for storing elements which each have a shaft and a head. The magazine includes a cylinder defining a shell surface in which is formed a helical-shaped groove. The shaft of each element to be stored can be inserted into the groove while the head of each element protrudes outward radially over the groove. The head of each element can be impacted in the peripheral direction by a suitable carrier in order to move the elements through the groove one after the other to an outlet end of the groove where the elements are ejected individually.

  • Publication number: 20030115318
Abstract: A system and methods to generate and deliver concentric-user targeted content is provided. The concentric user-targeted content delivery system cooperates with a user profile data store and users' usage behavior data store to generate a baseline of users' preferences. Using the preference information a range of relevant content, obtained from a cooperating content data store, is matched for a particular user using at least one matching algorithm. The range of relevant content reflects a comprehensive description of a user's preference in totem. In operation, user profile information along with a user's usage behavior information is processed to generated a user's preference information. The preference information is processed to aggregate a range of relevant content from a cooperating data store. In an illustrative implementation, the range comprises micro, mezzo, and macro-related content that are related in various degrees to the user's profile and/or usage behavior information.
