  • Publication number: 20220120466
Abstract: A building controller may include a housing having a back plate and a mounting clip, which may be slidably disposed relative to the back plate between a wall mount position used when mounting the building controller to the wall, and a DIN rail mount position used when mounting the building controller to a DIN rail. When in the wall mount position, the mounting clip and the back plate may be configured to hold the mounting clip in the wall mount position until at least a first threshold sliding force is applied to the mounting clip. When in the DIN rail mount position, the mounting clip and the back plate are configured to hold the mounting clip in the DIN rail mount position until at least a second threshold sliding force is applied to the mounting clip.

  • Publication number: 20220059960
Abstract: An electronic device including a plurality of ports for electrically connecting the device to another device. The electronic device may include a housing including a front, a back and at least a first side and an opposing second side extending between the front and the back, a printed circuit board housed by the housing, and an electrical connector electrically connected to the printed circuit board. The electrical connector may include a first spring contact, a second spring contact, and an electrically conductive bridge mechanically and electrically connecting the first spring contact and the second spring contact. The electrically conductive bridge may be housed by the housing. The first and second spring contacts may extend outside of the housing and may be accessible from the first and second sides of the housing, respectively.

  • Publication number: 20210145948
Abstract: A vaccine is disclosed that promotes CD4+ T cell-independent host defense mechanisms to defend against infection by fungi such as Pneumocystis spp. The vaccine may be used to prevent or to treat fungal infections. The novel vaccine can provide protective immunity, even for immunocompromised individuals such as HIV patients having reduced levels of CD4+ T cells.

  • Patent number: 10993336
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a user interface module for a building control system that has flexible mounting options to address mounting constraints that are often encountered in utility rooms and/or equipment panels. In some cases, the user interface module may be provided with interchangeable mounting bases from which an installer can select depending on the mounting constraints presented at a particular installation.

  • Patent number: 10596237
Abstract: Pneumonia due to the fungus Pneumocystis jirovecii is a life-threatening infection that occurs in immunocompromised patients. The inability to culture the organism as well as the lack of a sequenced genome has hindered antigen discovery that could be useful in developing effective vaccines, therapeutic antibodies and diagnostic methods. A method of surface proteomics of Pneumocystis murina that reliably detects surface proteins that are conserved in Pneumocystis jirovecii is described. In particular, eight identified P. murina surface proteins are described. Methods of eliciting immune responses against the identified proteins, generating therapeutic antibodies against the identified proteins, as well as diagnostic methods based on the identified peptides are described.
