  • Publication number: 20090233982
Abstract: The identification and cloning of Misu polypeptide are disclosed and in particular full length human and murine Misu polypeptides. The Misu polypeptides are shown to have methyltransferase activity for a range of nucleic acid substrates. The uses of these polypeptides and nucleic acid molecules are disclosed, for example for screening for compounds that are capable of modulating a Misu biological activity, and the use of Misu inhibitors for the treatment of cancer.
    Type: Application
