    Abstract: A method for monitoring of exercises performed by a user includes providing the user with a pair of gloves (110, 120), wherein each of the gloves (110, 120) comprises a measurement module (130). The method also includes performing the following steps, in real time, while the user performs the exercise while wearing the gloves (110, 120): at each glove, during performance of the exercise set, reading and pre-processing (201) measurement data from the sensors (132) and accelerometer (133) in the gloves (110, 120) to determine at least a standardized total force measured by the sensors (132) during performance of the exercise set; and by means of the signaling system (143), providing a feedback (204) to the user, wherein the feedback indicates at least a balance between the standardized total force measured at the left glove (110) and the right glove (120).
