  • Patent number: 8053009
Abstract: The present invention concerns a one piece squeezable container for chilled or frozen products comprising a body formed by a wall and closing means, said body having in his greater section a dimension d1 and a neck with an internal diameter d2, a wall thickness comprised between 30 and 500 pm, being made from a semicrystalline PET and wherein the ratio volume of the body of the container per gram of PET of the body is comprised between 20 and 100.

  • Publication number: 20110081459
Abstract: The invention relates to a group of at least two pots (2) for food products (14) forming a pack, said pots being divisible from each other, characterized in that: each of the pots has an upper rim (3) surrounding an opening (4); and when the pots are grouped in the pack, the pack being placed on a reference plane, the upper rims of the pots of the pack are located in the same plane parallel to said reference plane; and when one of the pots (2) is detached from the pack for consumption, the pot being placed on a reference plane (10), the upper rim of the pot is located in a plane (11) inclined relative to said reference plane (10).

  • Publication number: 20110049081
Abstract: The present invention is a closure (1) suitable for closing a container containing a first product, said closure being an assembly of less than four independent pieces, and having external side walls (3), a top wall (4), and an internal skirt (5) extending downwardly inside the side walls (3) from the top wall (4), characterized in that: (i) the internal skirt (5) comprises an opening disposed in the top wall (4) of the closure, said opening being closed by a membrane, so as to define at least one compartment to store a second product separately from said first product, and (ii) the membrane (11) closing the top wall opening is made of an oxygen-barrier material, so that said compartment (6) is free of oxygen contamination from ambient air when said closure (1) is screwed onto the neck (2) of said container.

  • Publication number: 20100140294
Abstract: The present invention concerns a container suitable for packing and dispensing a non-flowable food product. The container has a collapsible container body and a container neck with a dispensing opening. The container body also has an internal volume (V1) when the body is in fully compressed configuration and an internal volume (V2) when the body is in a fully expanded configuration. Advantageously, (i) the container is manufactured by injection-blowing process out of a thermoplastic material such as polyethyleneterephtalate (PET), polyethylenenaphtalate (PEN), polyethyleneterephtalateglycol (PETG), polypropylene (PP),or a combination thereof, (ii) the body walls have a thickness not higher than 100 ?m, and (iii) the ratio V1/V2 is lower than, or equal to, 0.05.

  • Publication number: 20080197153
Abstract: The present invention relates to a thermoformed container (1) for flowable food products comprising a squeezable container body (2) with a flat up-per edge (3) surrounding a container body opening (4), characterized in that: (i) said container body (2) is squeezable at least in both axial and transversal directions such that its volume can be reduced by at least 85%, preferably by at least 95% upon application of manual pressure or drawing up of the contained products, and (ii) said edge (3) is rigid, and comprises a dispensing spout (5) continuous with the opening (4) of the container body (2), said opening (4) being closed by at least one primary membrane (6) that is sealed onto said edge (3).
