  • Patent number: 5253443
Abstract: The laser generator (20) is mounted in a sleeve (13) in such a way that its barrel (22) is held by three support elements (25,25',30) two of which consist of a sliding part (25,25') having a bearing surface (24,24') extending in an oblique plane with respect to the axial plane which is perpendicular to the radial direction of the support element in question, while the oblique bearing surface (24,24') of each sliding part coacts with a rib (23) projecting from the outer surface of the barrel (22) of said laser generator (20). The side of the sliding part (25,25'), which is opposite the above mentioned bearing surface having a thread (26,26'), engages a thread formed on the inner surface of a ring (28,29) so that the rotation of the ring (28,29) moves the sliding part (25,25') along the axis of the sleeve (13) in a direction parallel thereto, while the above mentioned oblique bearing surface (24,24') moves the axis of the laser generator barrel (22) in a direction parallel to the radial direction in question.

  • Patent number: 5193031
Abstract: A divergent lens (4) perforated in its center by a hole (5) of small diameter is placed opposite the aperture (12) of a laser beam type marker (10) in order to pick up the laser beam comprising substantially parallel rays (13) from the marker, the lens (4) deflecting the laser rays which reach it round the central hole (9) so as to produce a divergent beam (14) whereas the rays which reach the central hole (4) pass through it without being deflected so as to form a fine pencil of light (15) of higher intensity serving to mark a target. The divergent lens (4) is, for example, mounted in a aperture (3) provided in the head of a body (2) intended to be slid on and to cover the head (11) of a laser beam type marker (10). The divergent lens (4) can also be mounted in the aperture (12) provided in the head (11) of a laser beam type marker (10 ).

  • Patent number: 4926576
Abstract: A mounting device for fixing an instrument onto a weapon. The device comprises a body that is adapted to carry an instrument. The body has a surface featuring at least an attachment edge or surface which is intended to mate with the surface of one side of the weapon. A pivotal lateral leg is mounted on the body in order to mate with the surface of the weapon on the side which is opposite to the one where the attachment edge or surface fits. The pivotal lateral leg has a cut for allowing a pressure shoulder. A locking means is mounted on the body in order to keep the pivotal lateral leg in a state of pressure on the weapon. The locking means is comprised of a lever jointed on a pivot mounted on the pivotal lateral leg, the lever has surface to mate with a pressure shoulder arranged on the body when the lever is in the clamping position.

  • Patent number: 4926438
Abstract: Laser pointer comprising a laser cell (10) housed into a laser holder nose (1) mounted on a casing (2) which encloses a current source, a casing (2) being carried by a support (4) adapted to be mounted on a weapon, the support (4) carrying a lever (5) mounted to swivel about a pivot (6) secured to the support (4) and extended parallel to the axis of the laser holder nose (1), said lever (5) being arranged so that when it is in a pivoted position, it actuates a contactor (7a) which cooperates with a contact (7b) so that the cell is energized and produces a laser beam.
