  • Publication number: 20190209288
Abstract: The invention concerns a device for attaching soft tissue to bone tissue, e.g. a broken ligament or ligament graft (1), comprising a flexible wire (10) provided with several corpuscles (9, 9?, 9?) fixed along the length of same, and a screw (8) capable of engaging with said corpuscles of the wire (10) when screwed into a bone tunnel (4) by blocking them between the screw pitch and the bone tissue. The wire is capable of forming a free loop (2) for receiving said soft tissue, e.g. a ligament graft, the two branches of said loop being provided with said corpuscles. The wire can also be provided with a closed loop or a crimped needle. The screw is a cannulated screw for receiving a guide pin (6).

  • Publication number: 20150051700
Abstract: A system including a pin and a wire suitable for fixing a ligament graft to a bone, consists a body having a cylindrical cavity capable of receiving a wire itself attached to the end of the ligament graft and intended to be threaded into a tunnel formed in the bone, the cavity traversing the pin from side to side, through the centre of same, forming an entry port and an exit port of the wire, the body being capable of blocking the wire and being positioned in a housing formed in the cortical portion of the tunnel in the bone. The wire is blocked in the pin preferably using a sleeve-cap compressing the cylinder from the outside to the inside.

  • Patent number: 8683544
Abstract: A flexible rule engine allows a network operator to dynamically create and modify business rules that govern a subscriber's access to a communications network. The flexible rule engine governs subscriber transitions between various session states by testing for subscriber conditions, network conditions, and then performing specified actions based on these conditions. A rule editor provides the network operator with the ability to compose, edit and delete one or more rules in real time, using an appropriate user interface.

  • Patent number: 7805852
Abstract: A device for the determination of a plane containing the mechanical axis of the femur includes a mechanical member of articulated and or/sliding elements for the determination and memorization of two positions in space (F1 and F2) of the same point (F) of the knee, freely selected, when the knee is in position P1 and P2, relative to a referential system. These positions are obtained by rotation of the inferior limb from position P1 to position P2, about the centre of the femoral head. The orientation of an omega plan perpendicular to the frontal or sagittal plane containing the centre of the femoral head and the centre of the knee can be materialized by a rod contained in this plane, which rod is fixed perpendicularly and in the middle of the arm having at the ends two localization elements for points F1 and F2.

  • Publication number: 20090292321
Abstract: The invention concerns an anchoring system for fixing a ligament graft in a bone tunnel. The invention concerns a hollow socket (1) to be anchored in the bone tunnel for passing through relay bands or suture. The socket has a cylindrical outer wall (6), a cylindrical or tapered inner wall (6?) and two orifices (11, 12), the inner wall being capable of enclosing and locking the bands via the action of a locking member inserted in the socket. The outer wall (6) is provided with means to be secured to the bone tunnel (32), for example a screw thread fitted to the bone anchoring device.

  • Patent number: 5743909
Abstract: A surgical aiming instrument for a lining and guiding a piercing tool used to make a tunnel through a tibia which intersects two predefined points of the knee joint includes at its distal end a tip to be temporarily inserted in the bone. The instrument further includes means for positioning the instrument relative to the second of the predefined points. A second hollow member in line with the first member and defining therewith an axis X--X is also provided. The instrument further includes a flat arm connecting the first and second members as well as a handle. The tip is on the axis of the second member. A method of preoperative determination of isomeric attachment points includes the steps of taking two x-rays of the knee, one in an extended position and one at 90.degree. of flexion, superimposing the x-rays, and marking various points and lines thereon from which the isomeric attachment points may be determined.
