Abstract: A system for facilitating traffic congestion control, comprising traffic related sensors and a system server and database, adapted to receive traffic information from the traffic related sensors and facilitate substantially real time traffic control decision making algorithms in accordance with the traffic information, where the server includes a file with instructions to execute commands to enable execution of the traffic control decisions, the system being operable to receive input information from vehicle control devices and transmit output information to the vehicle control devices in accordance with the traffic control decisions.

Abstract: Intrabuccal device includes two shells (2, 3) made of thermoformed plastic material, the first of which respectively covers the superior arch, and the second of which covers the inferior arch of the oral cavity. This device is provided with (rings and arms) (4a, 4b, 13a, 13b) that act on the said shells (2, 3) and can generate a mandibular propulsion force oriented in the direction of the mandibular propulsion and in the posteroanterior sense, so as to keep a shift of the mandible to the front of the maxilla, while allowing lateral movements.

Abstract: An apparatus including a measuring head, equipped with light sources for lighting one part of a bodywork of which the color is to be reproduced with a receiver for picking up the light reflected in each of a plurality of preset wavelength in order to produce a signal representing the reflectance of the surface in each wavelength. The apparatus also includes a device for calculating, for each wavelength, the reflectance for any combination of basic shades or bases from among a predetermined set off bases, and apparatus for continuously comparing the measured reflectance with the calculated reflectance in order to find a suitable paint formulation. A starting formulation given by the particular combination of bases corresponding to the color reference of the bodywork to be repaired may be modified, until the difference between the calculated reflectance values and measured reflectance values reaches a minimum or becomes smaller than a preset threshold.
