  • Publication number: 20160121540
Abstract: The method relates to continuously simultaneously thermoforming plurality of plastic sheets in moulds to form an identical number of individual spatial objects. The sheets are supplied simultaneously, each from its individual sheet stack, to a supply station and from there to a holder on a transport track. After moulding, the objects are removed and a new moulding cycle is started. To this end, the device comprises, inter alia, first and second grippers and holders which comprise an upper frame, a middle frame and a clamping frame which can be connected thereto for clamping the sheets or disconnected therefrom for releasing the formed objects.

  • Publication number: 20160075069
Abstract: The method and device comprise measures and means for extruding a plastics band (1) and for continuously applying a precise relief of projections (11, 13, 16, 42) to at least one flat side, optionally both sides (24, 34). The plastic band (38) is fed through between a pair of cooled revolving elements (3, 4) having in their surface (29,30) suitable recesses (12) of variable depth and having control means (8) for pressing punches (5) for controlling these depth variations. Markings (15, 25, 26) and identification means (7) can also be provided in the band (1). A plastics band with such projections and/or markings and/or identification means is also provided.

  • Patent number: 8707750
Abstract: The invention relates to such a method and apparatus, as well as to the resulting deformed object out of a relatively hard material such as e.g. a metal or plastic wire in which an undeformed section (2) is clamped near its ends (3, 4) and is subsequently upset in a controlled way by an axial pressure force (22) to a predefined shortened and thickened longitudinal section (5), with which simultaneously over substantially the entire contour sheath (19) of this section (2) a counterforce (29) is exerted so that, with the progressive deformation during upsetting, the total volume of the longitudinal section that is deforming, remains substantially constant. In this thickened section (5) a flattened zone (8) can subsequently be applied in order to realise a final shape (10) such as an opening (26). The invention concerns in particular also the use of a deformation line (40) for manufacturing a heddle for weaving looms.
