  • Publication number: 20080236849
Abstract: A soil working machine, particularly a precision tiller, includes a chassis (1) equipped with tillage implements provided in the form of at least one, preferably two successive train(s) of non-driven discs (2, 3) and of at least one deflecting device (4) serving to break the flow of soil projected by the discs (2) of one of the trains of discs (2, 3) and to ensure a leveling of the soil on the ground. The deflecting device (4) is, in its working part corresponding to the area struck by a flow of soil, having a number of plates (5) that can vibrate in order to facilitate a separation of the soil from these plates. The plates (5) are arranged side-by-side in the direction of the width of the machine and are designed so they cover at least 45% of the total working width of the machine.

  • Publication number: 20080230243
Abstract: A disc tiller soil working machine includes a chassis equipped with tillage implements having at least one front train and one rear train consisting of non-driven rotating discs, each disc or train of discs being independently coupled via a safety device to a support such as a beam shared by the assembly of discs of the train of discs. Each safety device permits the withdrawal of the disc or group of discs. Each disc of a train of discs is, when coupled to its support, rotationally driven about an axis that, together with the longitudinal axis of the support, forms an angle ? ranging from 3° to 40°. Each support is mounted on the chassis while being able to pivot about a vertical axis in a manner that permits the opening angle of the assembly of discs of the train of discs to be adjusted within a predetermined angular range.

  • Patent number: 6026908
Abstract: A blade includes at least one blade body attached to a chassis to be hitched to a tractor vehicle. The blade includes at least one part which is laterally inclined in relation to a vertical plane parallel to the tractor vehicle's line of advancement. This inclined part includes a heel at a positive angle to the ground. The heel is equipped with a wear plate having at least one tip that is laterally displaced in relation to the front edge of the inclined part of the blade body and in relation to the front edge of the heel.
