A band support (50) is secured to the body by a journal (60). This journal consists of a butt (61), a shank (62) and an endpiece (63). By rotating the journal, it is possible to make it pass from one cutout to the other.The invention is used for the guidance of the band.

In order to shift the support, the reinforcement is freed from a cell counter to the force of the spring and is made to slide along the base of the rear of the latter.The invention is used for motor-vehicle safety belts.
