  • Patent number: 7663498
Abstract: The invention relates to a signaling column with levels which are assembled by a relative pivoting limited in amplitude and interconnected by axially-extending conductors. The body of a level includes a locking bar which extends axially to penetrate an opening in an adjacent level and abuts an edge of the opening on a rotation attempt. The ends of the bar may be displaced and the opening is of such a size as to accommodate the top end of a relevant bar and the bottom end of the bar above.

Date of Patent: February 16, 2010
    Assignee: Schneider Electric Industries SAS

  • Publication number: 20090123994
Abstract: The invention relates to a signalling column with levels which are assembled by means of a relative pivoting limited in amplitude and interconnected by means of axially-extending conductors. The body of a level (A) has a locking bar (30) which extends axially to penetrate an opening (23) in the adjacent level and abuts an edge of said opening on a rotation attempt. The ends (30a, 30b) of the bar may be displaced and the opening is of such a size as to accommodate the top end of the relevant bar and the bottom end of the bar above.

  • Patent number: 6193435
Abstract: A device for fixing a built in apparatus in a panel opening. Bolts, each having a base, fixed to the apparatus and a sliding piston are urged into contact with the panel by the action of compression springs. The piston includes push clips emerging into slots of the base to catch the piston on the base in an inoperative position and for triggering the locking by releasing the piston.

  • Patent number: 5196792
Abstract: A detector having a housing (12), a mounting (3) which is able to adopt four orientations relative to the housing (12), and a detector head (4) which is able to adopt, relative to the mounting (3), two orientations in one of which a sensitive face (29) of the head is oriented laterally relative to the axis (Z) of the housing (12), while in the other orientation the sensitive face (29) is centered on the axis (Z). The mounting (3), which can be separated from the housing (12), can engage through either of two recessed faces (33, 34) of the head, by the sliding of slideways (56) of the mounting between a base (38) and protuberances (43) of the head. The position of association of the head relative to the mounting is defined by the abutment of faces (48) of the protuberances (43) against stop faces (57) of the mounting. A pivot (18) of the mounting is then fixed in an aperture (22 ) of the housing. This mounting is used in order to eliminate screw fixings.

  • Patent number: 4695684
Abstract: An electric safety switch is provided which can only be actuated by means of a key carried by a movable part of an installation. With its ramp the key causes retraction of a bolt which is carried by a dividing wall of a rotary sector and, with its finger, causes the angular driving of a groove of this dividing wall, this latter entirely covering the cam surfaces which actuate the switch pusher. These switches are advantageously used in installations such as elevators and in safety circuits associated with cabinet doors.
