The device comprises a hollow cylindrical body (10) with two openings (10A, 10B), one at each end, wherein a piston (12) with a rod (14) is inserted via a first end and the piston-and-rod assembly can be displaced back and forth inside the hollow cylindrically (10), the opening in the second end (10B) of the hollow cylindrical body (10) has a slicing edge (10B) and this second end carries a cutting wire arranged across its opening.
