  • Publication number: 20080113556
Abstract: The plug (10) comprises first (10?) and second (10?) portions, wherein said second portion is arrangeable in the cylindrical cavity of a socket, a sleeve (12) consisting of first (12?) and second (12?) parts and an abutment element (11) for blocking the sleeve (12) displacement in the cylindrical cavity direction. Said abutment element (11) and the plug (10) are embodied in one piece and said second part (12?) of the sleeve is selected such that it is flexible in order to enable the sleeve (12) to be displaceable over the abutment element (11).

  • Patent number: 7324360
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for converting power from a power source are described. In one example embodiment, the method includes controlling multiple transformer and switchgear units coupled to a power source, and controlling multiple converter units connected in parallel. Each converter unit is coupled to a respective one of the transformer and switchgear units to form an individual thread. The transformer and switchgear unit and power converters are controlled so that the carrier waveforms for each individual thread are interleaved between each other over a carrier cycle.

  • Publication number: 20060121762
Abstract: The inventive elbow-shaped electric plug comprises first (7) and second (6) cylindrical hollow bodies which are fixed to each other and form an angle. The end (2) of the first body (7) closed by a plug (3) is arranged on the end (1) of the second body (6), thereby defining a continuous channel between the free ends (8, 12) of two bodies (6, 7). The first body (7) comprises a demountable contact unit (5, 11). Said electric plug also comprises a cylindrical coaxial cage (4) arranged in the first body (7) in such a way that it maintains in the position the demountable contact unit (5, 11). The cage (4) is also provided with a recess (23) embodied on the longitudinal wall thereof and disposed on the side of the free end (12) of the second cylindrical body (6).

  • Patent number: 6572277
Abstract: In a plug arrangement for optical waveguides, there is mounted on the end of the cable accommodating the optical waveguide a cable fixing sleeve that is bonded to the outside of the cable. The ends of the plastic fibers of the optical waveguide cladding are brought out of the cable end and laid back onto the external surface of the bonded-on cable fixing sleeve and a further sleeve being pushed onto said cable fixing sleeve, with the plastic fibers of the optical waveguide cladding being clamped and bonded between the two sleeves.
