  • Publication number: 20230356433
Abstract: A plant for conveying material for the production of structural concrete comprises a first container configured to contain a first amount of material, a first detection member configured to detect a variation in the first amount of material and first release members configured to enable and/or disable release of the first amount of material towards a mixing area of the first amount of material. The plant further comprises a second container configured to contain a second amount of material varying between a second minimum and a second maximum reference amount, a second detection member configured to detect a variation in the second amount of material and second release members configured to enable and/or disable release of the second amount of material towards a mixing area. In particular, an unloading opening of the second container is connected to the mixing area, whereas an unloading opening of the first container is connected to a loading opening of the second container or to a mixing area.

  • Publication number: 20230046180
Abstract: A climbing formwork system for mass concrete construction comprises a movable panel separating a filling volume from an external environment, a track extending along a longitudinal direction partially inside said filling volume with a sliding channel closed with respect to the filling volume and a longitudinal slit facing the external environment. In addition, the climbing formwork system comprises a climbing element positioned and slidingly inserted in the sliding channel having a connection portion projecting through the slit to be connected with a portion of the movable panel. Fastening elements are operatively connected between the connection portion of the climbing element and the movable panel in order to maintain the latter fixed to the climbing element in a union condition. Also, a subject of this patent application is a method for building a mass concrete construction.

  • Patent number: 11198232
Abstract: An apparatus and method for producing fluid concrete include a first mixer configured to mix at least water and cement so as to make a low fluidity concrete having consistency class ?S2, a truck mixer that can be configured to mix the low fluidity concrete with further water so as to make a fluid concrete having consistency class ?S2, and a water supply and at least a cement supply configured so that the apparatus or method can produce fluid concrete. The apparatus and method include a control and adjustment unit, connected to the water supply and at least to the cement supply, configured to selectively control and adjust the introduction of water and cement into the first mixer and the introduction of further water into the cement mixer.

  • Publication number: 20200171705
Abstract: An apparatus (1) for producing fluid concrete comprising: a first mixer (100) configured to mix at least water (A1) and cement (C) so as to make a low fluidity concrete (2), having consistency class ?S2, a truck mixer configured to mix the low fluidity concrete (2) with further water (A2) so as to make a fluid concrete (3) having consistency class ?S2, a water supply means and at least a cement supply means configured so that said apparatus (1) can produce fluid concrete (3), a control and adjustment unit (4), connected to the water supply means and at least to the cement supply means, configured to selectively control and adjust the introduction of water (A1) and cement (C) into the first mixer (100) and the introduction of further water (A2) into the cement mixer.

  • Patent number: 5797676
Abstract: The present invention relates to a mobile concrete mixing system which substantially comprises: a feeding unit (2); a mixing unit (3); a conveyor belt; and a support structure (5) that embodies a first framework (18) supporting the conveyor belt (4), and a second framework (19) supporting the mixing unit (3). According to the present invention, the first (18) and second (19) frameworks are connected to each other by means of a hinge (22) which allows for the rotation of the first framework (18) about a substantially horizontal axis (X) in relation to the second framework (19). In this manner, a movement of the mixing unit (3) between a transporting position (23) and an operative position (24) is determined. Such a rotation about the axis (X) is obtained by keeping the mixing unit (3) in a horizontal position.
