The sheath is able to slip over a user's clothed arm), and includes a chamber disposed within the sheath. The chamber is able to thermally communicate with the user's arm. The gas cartridge supplies cooling gases to the chamber such that the user's arm is cooled, whereby the user's core temperature is cooled.
