The body member may include a top edge and a bottom edge, and the length of the top edge may be less than the length of the bottom edge. The fastening device may fasten to the user, or the fastening device may fasten to a vehicle. The fastening device may include a pair of spring-loaded jaws, or the fastening device may include Velcro. The top edge may be substantially parallel to the bottom edge, and the body member may include a first side edge which is substantially perpendicular to the bottom edge. The body member may include a second side edge which is inclined with respect to the first side edge or the body member may include a second side edge which is concavely curved. The second side edge may be connected to the top edge, and the first side edge may be connected to a first outward extending projection.
