Abstract: A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for developing a strategic plan by a strategic planning system. The strategic planning system collects structured and unstructured data. The collected structured and unstructured data is then aggregated by the strategic planning system. A client's needs and interests are then defined based on analyzing the aggregated collected data. Such needs and interests may be identified using natural language processing and a statistical model, where the statistical model includes words that are associated with a need or interest. The strategic planning system further labels the aggregated data with labels that contain vectors of interest across different areas. A supervised deep learning model is then trained to predict future needs and interests of the client based on the aggregated collected data and the labels. The predicted future need and interest of the client is then matched with a solution using a recommender system.

Abstract: A computer receives a product or service name for competitive analysis. The computer determines a plurality of dimensions for competitive analysis of the product or service. The computer collects product or service data regarding a product or service associated with the product or service name and one or more competing products or services. The computer performs, using the plurality of dimensions, natural language processing on the collected product or service data. The computer calculates, using results of the natural language processing, a product or service competitiveness score. The computer outputs the product or service competitiveness score.

Abstract: A context-driven sender communication awareness method, system, and computer program product include detecting an intent of a sender sending an electronic communication to a receiver over a communication channel, establishing a potential risk to the receiver in connection with receiving the electronic communication on a device, determining an estimated time duration in which the established potential risk is applicable, and alerting the sender about the potential risk that results from delivering of the electronic communication within the estimated time duration.
