  • Publication number: 20230289875
Abstract: In a method for changing a user's bank account information in merchant account databases a server receives a login request including a user identification and first user authentication information. The server further receives a request to change bank account information from a first bank account to a second bank account for merchant accounts of the user and network login information for the first bank account. The server accesses an account information database for the first bank account and downloads transaction information for merchant transactions involving the first bank account. The server identifies a set of merchant user accounts involved in the merchant transactions and receives account login information for a data site associated with a selected account. The server accesses the data site and changes a bank account identification stored therein from the first bank account to the second bank account.

  • Patent number: 11113711
Abstract: A device may receive transaction information related to a transaction that an individual is completing. The transaction information may identify a location of the transaction and the individual that is completing the transaction. The device may determine, prior to completing the transaction and based on data from a sensor of a transaction terminal or from a user device associated with the individual, that the individual did not use a benefit account associated with the location in association with completing the transaction. The benefit account may be a rewards account, a loyalty account, or a discount account. The device may perform an action to facilitate use of the benefit account in association with completing the transaction. The action may be performed prior to completing the transaction. The device may perform another action to complete the transaction after performing the action to facilitate use of the benefit account.

  • Publication number: 20210056526
Abstract: In certain embodiments, a receipt image may be augmented via a user device. In some embodiments, the user device may capture an image associated with a receipt and display the image associated with the receipt. The user device may perform image processing on the image to determine merchant data and transaction data (that are visually depicted on the receipt) and determine a tip recommendation based on the merchant data and the transaction data. The user device may overlay the tip recommendation onto the image associated with the receipt.

  • Publication number: 20200092388
Abstract: A device may receive transaction information related to a transaction in association with the transaction being completed. The device may identify a set of identifiers included in the transaction information. The device may determine a time of interest associated with the transaction based on the set of identifiers included in the transaction information. Different identifiers or different combinations of identifiers included in the set of identifiers may be associated with different times of interest. The device may prompt, via a display associated with a remote computing device by providing instructions associated with a user interface for display via the display, a user of the remote computing device to indicate whether to generate a calendar reminder for the time of interest after determining the time of interest. The device may perform an action after receiving a response to the prompt from the user of the remote computing device.

  • Patent number: 10410195
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide systems, methods, and techniques for managing merchandising cards. A merchandising card may be, for example, a gift card, loyalty card, or the like. Consistent disclosed embodiments, a system for managing merchandising cards may include one or more memory devices storing instructions and one or more processors configured to acquire, from a device over a network, a plurality of locations associated with the device, the device locations being acquired at different instances in time within a predetermined period of time. Additionally, the processor may be configured to calculate a merchant confidence rating for a merchant using the device locations. Further, the one or more processors may be configured to, based on the merchant confidence rating, determine that the merchant matches a merchant that is associated with merchandising card, and send a reminder a user of the device.
