Abstract: A system is provided that includes at least one server device; and a mobile user device that includes processing circuitry configured to execute an application that receives an input of user information regarding a plurality of characteristics of at least the hair of a user including at least a curl pattern of the user; and receives an input of a desired result of treatment of the hair of the user. The processing circuitry of the at least one server device receives the input of user information and the input of the desired result of treatment and outputs a product or treatment recommendation based at least partially on the determined curl pattern of the user and the desired result of the user.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to methods of reducing static on hair or a cloth material, reducing hair frizz and/or increasing shine on hair by wiping the hair or cloth material with a dry wipe product. The dry wipe product comprises a flexible substrate having a first side and a second side; and either an anhydrous composition, or an aqueous composition, disposed over the first and/or second side(s) of the flexible substrate. When hair or cloth material is wiped with a side of the dry wipe product having the anhydrous composition or the aqueous composition disposed thereon, the anhydrous composition or aqueous composition is transferred from the flexible substrate of the dry wipe product to the hair or cloth material. The anhydrous compositions and aqueous compositions of the instant disclosure reduce static on hair and/or cloth, reduce hair frizz and/or increase shine on hair.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an integrated under-eye mask and makeup capture device. The device captures makeup fallout generated during application of makeup to the area around the eyes, and thereby prevents it from contaminating the area directly beneath the eye. The device simultaneously acts as an under-eye mask that delivers a dermatological composition comprising one or more skin active ingredients to the skin. The device comprises a deformable sheet-like substrate having a dry top surface for capturing makeup fallout, a moist bottom surface for application to the skin, and an upper edge that fits under an eye of a user, wherein the bottom moist surface is impregnated with a dermatological composition comprising one or more skin-active ingredients.
