    Abstract: A parts feeding system includes an unmanned conveying machine, capable of conveying a parts carriage holding a plurality of parts cassettes thereon and movable along a guide track which is laid on a floor, one or more parts mounters and a logistics base provided with a parts stocker. The parts carriage is returned to the logistics base by the unmanned conveying machine for supply or exchange of parts. The work in the logistics base is performed by a worker or robots. The parts carriage loaded with required parts cassette is delivered to an assigned parts mounter by the unmanned conveying machine. Each of the parts mounters includes a track for a carriage carrier moving thereon, which includes a work station where the parts are picked up, and a carriage change station where the parts carriage is loaded to the track from the unmanned conveying machine or vice versa.
