Patent number: 10415645Abstract: A torque transmission shaft between end joints and a cylindrical member. Circlips are fitted in annular grooves formed in the end joints. The circlips abut and lock the outer collars. The outer collars each include a smaller diameter portion, and an end surface of the smaller diameter portion includes a plurality of hollow portions. The hollow portions allow a clearance between a serrated portion and the smaller diameter portion to communicate with the exterior of the outer collar. Air bubbles contained in an adhesive are allowed to escape out of the clearance through the hollow portions, and thus the clearance, is filled with the adhesive densely.Type: GrantFiled: January 26, 2016Date of Patent: September 17, 2019Assignee: HONDA MOTOR CO., LTD.Inventors: Yuji Katayama, Michihiro Komatsu

Publication number: 20180003242Abstract: A torque transmission shaft is configured having increased coupling strength between end joints and a cylindrical member to achieve high transmission torque. Misalignment and disengagement of outer collars (connection members) is effectively prevented in the step of press fitting the torque transmission shaft to another component, such as a constant velocity joint. Air bubbles contained in an adhesive are allowed to escape out of the clearance through the hollow portions, and thus the clearance is filled with the adhesive densely.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 26, 2016Publication date: January 4, 2018Applicant: HONDA MOTOR CO., LTD.Inventors: Yuji KATAYAMA, Michihiro KOMATSU

Patent number: 6307599Abstract: Described herein is an analog-digital broadcast shared receiving tuner for receiving therein a low-level broadcast signal of a digital broadcast assigned to a vacant channel of an analog broadcast and having first and second frequency conversion stages each comprised of a frequency mixer and a local oscillator. A variable attenuator capable of performing switching between predetermined attenuation and zero attenuation is electrically connected between an intermediate frequency amplifier for amplifying a first intermediate frequency signal outputted from the first frequency conversion stage and the frequency mixer of the second frequency conversion stage, which follows the intermediate frequency amplifier, so that the attenuation of the variable attenuator reaches zero attenuation upon reception of an analog broadcast and the attenuation thereof reaches predetermined attenuation upon reception of a digital broadcast.Type: GrantFiled: March 9, 1998Date of Patent: October 23, 2001Assignee: Alps Electric Co., Ltd.Inventor: Michihiro Komatsu

Patent number: 6177851Abstract: A high-frequency electronic device is disclosed which can be reduced in thickness without performance deterioration and increase of product price. The high-frequency electronic device comprises a coaxial type connector and a shielding case which is in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, the connector having a short diameter and a long diameter in a cross section thereof, the shielding case having a side face which has short sides and long sides. The connector is attached to the side face of the shielding case so that the direction of its short diameter and the direction of the short sides of the shielding case side face are parallel to each other. A filter having a predetermined nominal impedance is disposed within the shielding case, and a central conductor of the connector and the filter are connected with each other through an inductor which is for impedance matching of the connector and the filter.Type: GrantFiled: April 28, 1999Date of Patent: January 23, 2001Assignee: Alps Electric Co., Ltd.Inventor: Michihiro Komatsu
