  • Patent number: 6545575
Abstract: In a relay (100), right and left sides of an edge on an upper end side of an L-shaped armature (201) are bent to form an engagement portion (201a) and the armature 201 is held to be rocked and displaced through an energizing spring piece (205c) of a hinge spring (205) in a state in which the engagement portion (201a) is engaged with an edge portion 204c of an end face 204a on an upper end side of a core (204). During magnetic adsorption, moreover, an upper end of the armature (201) has an outer peripheral surface thereof to abut on the end face (204a) at the upper end side of the core (201) in a close contact state.

  • Patent number: 6415204
Abstract: A robots (210A, 210B), which is fixed onto a base (20, 20B) having a rectangular shape, has a mechanical hand (211A, 211B). A plurality of robot tools, each of which is freely attached to the tip of the mechanical hand (211A, 211B) for pinching a part, and a plurality of trays (6) each containing assembling jigs to be used for assembling parts, are brought in a movable range (RA, RB) of the robot, and the assembling tools are set at a predetermined position within the movable range (RA, RB). Then, an assembling job for the parts is carried out by using the assembling tools thus set. With this arrangement, the exchanging processes of the assembling tools can be carried out without depending on the human hands, even when the type of the assembly product is changed. Consequently, it becomes possible to efficiently carry out the manufacturing process of a small number of many types of products.

  • Patent number: 5059373
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a strip for carrying a plurality of small size electronic parts such as LED's enclosed hermetically in resin includes the formation of a grid-like conductor strip member by interconnecting lead wires for the electronic parts in a grid-like pattern. The conductor strip member is molded integrally with a strip segment in which the plurality of electronic parts are mutually connected by a runner member. A connecting portion is formed integrally at least at one end of the strip segment at a predetermined position such that while connecting the connecting portion of a first plastic strip segment with one end of a second plastic strip segment, wherein the predetermined position of the connecting portion is such that the distance between the preassigned mount locations for the small size electronic devices positioned on both sides of the connecting portion coincides with the predetermined pitch.

  • Patent number: 4937654
Abstract: A strip for carrying a plurality of small size electronic parts such as LEDs enclosed hermetically in resin and a method of manufacturing the same. A grid-like conductor strip member is formed by interconnecting lead wires for the electronic parts in a grid-like pattern. The conductor strip member is partially embedded within resin to form a strip segment in which the plurality of electronic parts are mutually connected by runner member. The strip segment has a connecting portion formed integrally at least at one end thereof. By connecting together continuously a number of the strip segments by means of the connecting portions through repetitive cycles of molding operation, the electronic part carrying strip of any desired length up to a semi-endless length can be manufactured.

  • Patent number: 4860436
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a compact switch includes steps of(a) forming a base by insert molding on terminal members such that terminal pins of the terminal members are extended downward through the base when the terminal members, one of which has a bimetallic plate-fixing portion and another of which has engaging grooves to be engaged with a movable spring member, are punched in a hoop member;(b) fixing a bimetallic plate to the fixing portion of the one terminal member, a fixed contact being attached to a free end of the bimetallic plate which is displaced when temperature of the bimetallic plate is raised;(c) bringing a movable spring member into engagement with the engaging grooves of the other terminal member, a movable contact to be faced to the fixed contact being attached to a free end of the movable spring member;(d) bringing a lower end portion of a push button member into engagement with the movable spring member;(e) cutting the terminal pins at predetermined positions from a lead frame of the hoop

  • Patent number: 4843197
Abstract: A push switch includes a central contact member arranged on a contact support member with an annular peripheral contact member surrounding the central contact member. An elastic conductive member such as a belleville spring and the peripheral contact member along their entire outer edge portions are fixedly held within an insulating case in a manner to seal the space around the central contact. In addition, an elastic spring member may be provided in a position covering the elastic conductive member. A plurality of the push switches may easily be manufactured on an assembly line by forming a multiplicity of central contacts, peripheral contacts and conductive members in separate processes and sequentially going through a first and second insert molding processes.

  • Patent number: 4246840
Abstract: A printing machine suitable for printing on a three-dimensional article of small size includes an inking arrangement having a roller such as a blanket roller for printing a pattern directly on the article, a pair of rails parallel to each other for supporting thereon the article, a pair of guides extending above the rails for guiding the article therealong, a pushing member which is driven forward between the rails at the same speed as the peripheral surface speed of the blanket roller in synchronization with rotation of the blanket roller thereby forcing the article to slide forward on the rails to a printing position, and a controlling means for forcing an ink ductor into contact with a duct roller intermittently at fixed intervals. The printing machine further includes a mechanism for adjusting the position of the rails and the guides so that they correspond to the shape and the size of the article.
