Abstract: A vehicle control device mounted on a vehicle includes a first traveling mode being driven by the torque output from a first rotary electric machine, and a second traveling mode being driven by the engine torque output from an engine and the torque output from the first rotary electric machine, wherein a section 1 for cranking the engine by the output of the second rotary electric machine and a section 2 for assisting the driving force of the engine by the output of the first rotary electric machine are provided during a period from the first traveling mode to the engagement of the clutch at the time of starting the engine to the second traveling mode, and the torque increase of the first rotary electric machine is limited in the section 1.

Abstract: A cooperation server (100) verifying that a user is not suffering from an infectious disease includes a reception unit (101), a transmission unit (102), and a generation unit (103). The reception unit (101) receives a request for generating an immune certificate for an infectious disease. The transmission unit (102) transmits an identity verification request regarding an applicant who requests generation of the immune certificate, to an authentication server storing information regarding each of a plurality of users whose identities are confirmed. The generation unit (103) transmits, to a public institution server, personal identification information being information uniquely defining the applicant, identification information issued by a public institution, and acquired at a time of responding to the identity verification request thereby acquiring infectious disease response information regarding an applicant of the personal identification information.

Abstract: A data output buffer circuit for a semiconductor integrated circuit has a plurality of output buffer circuits. Each output buffer circuit has an input terminal for receiving input data and an output buffer having first and second switching circuits serially connected between two high and low power source terminals. Each of the first and second switching circuits has a control terminal for turning on and off each of the first and second switching circuits upon receipt of a control signal at the control terminals. A timing signal input terminal receives a timing signal with which the output buffer circuit operates in synchronism. A timing switch connects the next stage of the input terminal and is turned on by the timing signal. A delay signal is connected between the timing switch means and the control terminals of the first and second switching circuits and delays the input data from the input terminal and transmits the delayed input data to the control terminals of the first and second switching circuits.
