  • Patent number: 10050922
Abstract: A mail processing server includes a storage unit and a computation unit. The storage unit stores operation log data recording operations that a plurality of users performed on received email messages. Upon detection of a target email message addressed to a plurality of destination users, the computation unit produces priority data that describes priorities of individual destination users specified in the target email message, based on the operation log data in the storage unit.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: August 14, 2018
    Assignee: FUJITSU LIMITED
Inventors: Hiroaki Takahashi, Michio Masuno, Hiroki Katoh, Kazuhiro Hayashi
  • Patent number: 9787552
Abstract: A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium stores an operation process creation program that causes a computer to execute a process, the process including extracting a candidate operation manipulation component to be combined with an operation process following an operation manipulation component that has been determined to be arranged, when creating the operation process by arranging a plurality of the operation manipulation components on a screen, the candidate being extracted based on previously set relevance information indicating relevance between operation manipulation components and usage frequency information indicating usage frequencies of operation manipulation components in past instances of creating the operation processes; and displaying the extracted candidate operation manipulation component on the screen, by combining the extracted candidate operation manipulation component with the operation manipulation component that has been determined to be arranged.

  • Patent number: 9575548
Abstract: An apparatus obtains response information including a result of processing executed by a virtual machine operates on the first device, calculates the first value that is used to evaluate a response time from transmission of the request information to reception of the response information, calculates a ratio of processing capability of the first device to processing capability of the second device, calculates, based on the first value and the ratio, a second value that is used to evaluate a processing time until a response for a request is received when the virtual machine operates on the second device, determines the second device to be a migration destination candidate of the virtual machine when the second value is smaller than a threshold value, migrates the virtual machine that operates on the first device to the migration destination candidate to turn off the power of the first device.

  • Publication number: 20160357960
Abstract: A computer-readable medium which stores an abnormality detection program causes a computer to execute processes including detecting, when a work corresponding to a process on the computer has been executed, at least one event that is associated with the process on the computer, the at least one event including at least one first event which respectively occurs in response to at least one input for the process by using the input device and determining whether the work is abnormal or not based on whether the at least one detected event matches at least one stored event in a storage unit or not.
