Abstract: A plaster agent comprising a water impermeable or water semipermeable film (layer a), one tackifier layer (layer b) laminated on one surface of said layer a, and another tackifier layer (layer d) laminated on said layer b through an intermediary knitted fabric having a weight per unit area of 10 to 100 g/m2 (layer c) comprising hollow fibers having pores extending therethrough in the outer peripheral direction and containing substantially no medicine internally thereof, and at least one of said layer b and said layer d containing a vaporizable or non-vaporizable medicine.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an isosorbide dinitrate-containing patch, in which an adhesive layer comprising an adhesive composition is formed on a flexible support, and the adhesive composition consists of an acrylic-based adhesive (A), a polyvinyl acetate-based adhesive (B), a plasticizing component (C) and isosorbide dinitrate (D), and satisfies the following weight ratios (1) through (3) of each of the components: (1) A:B=70:30 to 10:90, (2) the weight ratio of the component C based on the adhesive composition is 10 to 40% by weight, and (3) the weight ratio of the component D based on the adhesive composition is 20 to 35% by weight. Provided is a patch excellent in percutaneous absorption, handleability, resistance to skin irritation, sustained release, adhesivity, etc.

Abstract: The present invention provides an ISDN-containing patch that causes minimal occurrence of skin rash and has excellent percutaneous absorption and adhesive strength. The present invention discloses an isorbide dinitrate-containing patch comprising: an adhesive layer formed on a flexible support, wherein said layer comprises an adhesive composition containing adhesive and isosorbide dinitrate, the adhesive being composed of silicone-based adhesive (A) and polyvinyl acetate-based adhesive (B), their weight ratio being A:B=85:15 to 15:85, and the weight ratio of isosorbide dinitrate (C) to the adhesives (A+B) being (A+B):C=90:10 to 60:40.

Abstract: In a selective light-transmitting laminated structure comprising (a) a laminate composed of a transparent substrate and formed on at least one surface of the substrate, a thin metallic layer and/or a thin metal oxide layer, if required in combination with a thin film layer having a high refractive index, and (b) a protective layer composed mainly of a polymer having structural units of the general formula ##STR1## wherein R represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, as main structural units, the improvement wherein a urethan linkage exists in the interface between the laminate (a) and the protective layer (b).
