  • Publication number: 20070249875
Abstract: A gelatinizer according to the present invention contains polysilane having a silicon main chain with side chain having fluorine. In the polysilane, the fluorine (F) of the side chain and the silicon (Si) of the main chain interact with each other in state of Si . . . F—C or the like, and the fluorine (F) of the side chain and the hydrogen (H) of the side chain interact with each other in state of C—H . . . F—C or the like. The interactions simultaneously occur within a single molecule of the polysilane. With such a composition of polysilane, the gelatinizer of the present invention causes the molecules to interact with each other in the domain of Si . . . F—C interaction in the same manner of the foregoing interactions in a single molecule. Consequently ligand crosslinking occurs among polymer chain, and a network for gelation is formed.
