The valve system includes a cylindrical central valve moveably mounted in a main tubular valve. A control system enables, on the one hand, the main valve to move relative to a main seat of the spout in order to open or close the discharge aperture of the spout, and on the other hand, to move the central valve relative to a secondary seat of the main valve in order to open or close the secondary aperture of the latter. The lower edge of the main valve is provided with radial grooves extending over the inner surface thereof, wherein in the grooves the filling substance on the lower edge of the central valve can migrate via capillarity.

Abstract: A filling device for a machine for filling containers, includes a spout having an outlet orifice and a feed orifice, and a feed duct connected to the feed orifice. A first actuating system is able to move a valve, which is mounted in the spout, between a closed position for closing the outlet orifice and at least one open position. A flow-regulating rod is mounted in a sliding manner in a hole in the feed duct and is able to be moved by a second actuating system between a high flow-rate position, in which the rod is located substantially outside the internal passage in the feed duct, and a low flow-rate position, in which the rod extends into the internal passage in order to reduce the passage cross section of the feed duct.

Abstract: A machine for filling containers, including a plurality of filling spouts, and a cleaning device comprising a plurality of individual tubular collecting elements rigidly mounted on a collection tube, and a device for moving the collection tube between a retracted position and a service position in which the collecting elements are in contact, via the upstream ends thereof, with the filling spouts. The collection tube laterally supports the collecting elements, such that, in the retracted position, the collecting elements are arranged between the filling spouts. The moving device capable of moving the collection tube from the retracted position thereof to the service position thereof by at least one downward vertical translational movement, followed by a horizontal movement.
