  • Patent number: 11951891
Abstract: The present invention relates to an extruded rubber or plastic strip for adding it to the edges of textile and rubber vehicle mats with the purpose of keeping dust and grime inside of the mat, diminishing contamination of the vehicle's floor, and preventing the mat from slipping and obstructing pedal use, without need of replacing the whole mat. This strip is flexible enough to adapt to the shape of many rubber and textile vehicle mats. It has a slit in which the edge of the mat can be inserted to mount the accessory to the mat and an internal cavity, adjacent to the slit and higher than the slit, for imprisoning the edge of the mat and ensuring a firm grip. The exterior side is higher than the interior side, so that, once applied, the accessory stops the water, dust, or grime from exiting the mat.

  • Publication number: 20240025978
Abstract: Provided herein are methods of treating cold agglutinin disease (CAD) or chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) in a subject in need thereof. The methods comprise administering to a subject a humanized antibody that specifically binds complement component C1s (anti-C1s antibody). Methods of treating CAD comprise administering the anti-C1s antibody to a subject in a fixed dose. Methods of treating CIDP comprise administering to a subject a weight-based loading dose of the anti-C1s antibody followed by one or more fixed maintenance doses. The methods comprise administering an effective dose of anti-C1s antibody to achieve a minimum level of CP inhibition for therapeutic effect.

  • Patent number: 11785144
Abstract: A method for handling contact center teleservices in voice and/or data through a plurality of mobile devices, such as smartphones, is disclosed. The invention is directed to a novel concept named “Event” in which any interaction between a customer and a call center platform via voice or data is uniquely identified. This concept introduces a functionality into the Cloud-Implemented Intelligent ACD making it able to identify each call or contact with a “tag” that is later used to manage all possible future interactions between the customers and the agents by linking them under the Agent Mobile Platform, while adding the capability to maintain open the communication originally established between a customer and an agent in the case of any communication interruption, either involuntary or voluntary, thus making the C-I IACD able to route the contact once the communication is reestablished or when the customer calls the contact center platform back again.

  • Patent number: 10469499
Abstract: Systems and techniques for website filtering using bifurcated domain name system are described herein. A domain name system (DNS) request may be received. An internet address for a DNS service of an internet service provider (ISP) and an internet address for a DNS service provider external to the ISP may be determined. The ISP may provide external network services to the services gateway. The DNS service provider may maintain a website filtering list. The DNS request may be forwarded to the internet address for the DNS service of the ISP and the internet address of the DNS service provider external to the ISP. A first response and a second response to the DNS request may be received from the respective DNS services. A DNS request response may be transmitted to a client computing device connected to an internal network of the services gateway upon receipt of the first and second responses.

  • Patent number: 9793178
Abstract: The capacity to measure nanoscale features rapidly and accurately is of central importance for the monitoring of manufacturing processes in the production of computer integrated circuits. It is known that far-field scattered light requires a priori sample information in order to reconstruct nanoscale information such as is required in semiconductor metrology. Parameters of interest include, for example, trench depth, duty cycle, wall angle and oxide layer thickness. We describe a scatterometry apparatus and method that uses unconventional polarization states in the pupil of a high NA objective lens, and refer to this as focused beam scatterometry, in which the illumination consists of a focused field with a suitably tailored, spatially-varying polarization distribution. We describe how four or more parameters can be measured and distinguished with an accuracy consistent with the needs laid out in the semiconductor roadmap.
