  • Publication number: 20240131152
Abstract: This invention describes ways of obtaining nano-particulated adjuvants formed by different synthetic variants of GM3 ganglioside. Depending on the fine structure of the fatty acid in the ceramide of the synthetic GM3, said adjuvants are able to stimulate specifically and in a specialized way the humoral or cellular immune response against accompanying antigens. Particularly, this invention provides immunogenic vaccine compositions that comprise peptides, polypeptides or proteins and the aforementioned nanoparticles, which are formed through the dispersion of hydrophobic proteins of the outer membrane complex (OMC) of Neisseria meningitidis in solutions containing fully synthetic variants of the GM3 ganglioside.

  • Publication number: 20230118846
Abstract: An example system includes a node and a scheduler. The scheduler is configured to deploy a first workload for execution on the node. The scheduler is also configured to reserve a first amount of resources of the node for the first workload based on a determination that the first workload is running in a transient state. • Patent number: 11449316
Abstract: There is provided an improvement for developing an application between an application server and one of multiple client devices where the application server is disposed remotely of the one of multiple client devices. In one example, an application behavior model (ABM) is produced and stored at the application server. Using an output corresponding with the one of multiple devices, program code for a client application is produced from a selected one of several configurable templates. Selected input, generated with the ABM and the program code, is received at the application server to cause a sequence of processing steps to be performed with the application server. In another example, the ABM is received at the one of multiple client devices, the one of multiple client devices including a user interface (UI). The ABM and client application are used to render a first page at the UI for providing an action identifier.

  • Patent number: 11314607
Abstract: A method for modifying a configuration of a storage system. The method includes a computer processor querying a network-accessible computing system to obtain information associated with an executing application that utilizes a storage system for a process of data mirroring. The method further includes identifying a set of parameters associated with a copy program executing within a logical partition (LPAR) of the storage system based on the obtained information, where the set of parameters dictates a number of reader tasks utilized by the copy program, where the copy program is a program associated with the process for data mirroring from the network-accessible computing system to the storage system. The method further includes executing the dictated number of reader tasks for the process of mirroring data associated with the executing application, from the network-accessible computing system to the storage system.

  • Patent number: 11016862
Abstract: A method for collecting diagnostic information associated with an error is disclosed. In one embodiment, such a method includes detecting an error condition associated with mirroring data from a primary volume to a secondary volume. In response to detecting the error condition, the method modifies various diagnostic parameters to improve collection of diagnostic information. The method then immediately re-drives the data from the primary volume to the secondary volume. This will ideally recreate the error. Upon recreating the error, the method captures diagnostic information associated with the error in accordance with the modified diagnostic parameters. A corresponding system and computer program product are also disclosed.
