Abstract: A pilates exercise system includes a pair of forward vertical members and a pair of rear vertical members extending upward from a base; a frame positioned at a top of the vertical members, the frame having one or more poles pivotally engaged with one or more framing members; the one or more poles to pivot from a horizontal to a vertical position; a platform assembly slidingly housed within the base, the platform assembly is to slide on a first track and a second track, the platform assembly, having a lower section to engage with the first track and the second track; a middle section slidingly engaged with the lower section; and an upper section pivotally attached to the middle section; and attachment elements secured to the vertical members and to provide locations for attachment of exercise equipment.
