The system includes a three-way valve (6) between the condenser (3) and the compressor (2) which establishes a bypass (7) between the compressor (2) and the suction pipe (8) of the system (1) during stoppage of the compressor (2) which blocks the reflux of refrigerant contained in the condenser (3) to the compressor.
