Abstract: A method is provided of managing calls in a voice over IP network, and is performed by a SIP proxy. The method includes receiving a registration request issued by a voice over IP terminal to register with the SIP proxy, obtaining from a database the address of at least one voice over IP platform associated with the voice over IP terminal, registering the SIP proxy with a said voice over IP platform, and sending a request to a number portability server suitable for managing incoming calls to said voice over IP terminal, the request requesting the server to associate the telephone number of the voice over IP terminal with a routing prefix associated with the voice over IP platform.

Abstract: A method for updating a database of a Voice over IP network by a gateway of a local network allowing access to the VoIP network. The method includes: receiving a message to initiate a VoIP call on the VoIP network coming from a terminal connected to the local network; determining a hardware identifier of the terminal from an IP address on the local network contained in the message; if the identifier is paired in the database with a telephone identity, transferring the message to the VoIP network; otherwise: setting up a VoIP channel between the terminal and a voice server hosted by the access gateway; obtaining by the voice server, via this channel, an authentication code of a user of the terminal; if the code is associated with a telephone identity allocated by the VoIP network, updating the database by pairing the identifier of the terminal with this telephone identity.

Abstract: The invention relates to a processing method, implemented by an application server (AS) capable of transmitting and receiving signalling messages via a first communication link (L1) established with a first core network (CR1). According to the invention, the processing method is suitable for obtaining, depending on a first received signalling message, a second signalling message comprising an identifier of a destination terminal, in order to determine, depending on said identifier, if the destination terminal is connected to a second core network (CR2) and to transmit the second message via a second communication link established with the second core network (CR2). The invention also relates to a method for managing a signalling message, capable of receiving, via the second link, the second signalling message, and transmitting it to the destination terminal.

Abstract: A method of RTC web type communication on a communication network, including connection of a user terminal to an environment server, providing a unified communication environment, and loading into a web browser of the user terminal a web application incorporated in a web page provided by the environment server. The method includes: dispatching a services activation request message, by the web application of the web browser destined for an application server, so as to determine the communication services which are currently authorized for the user; receiving by the browser a services activation response message, which contains data for access to a set of communication services, and activating by the web application in the user terminal, the services of the set of services; and updating a communication environment graphical interface, displayed in the user terminal by the web application executed by the browser, with the set of communication services.

The first data center performs acts of: following connection of a terminal of the user to a web portal for accessing the service, receiving a message containing location information of the terminal; determining a geographical position of the terminal from the received location information, and, if the geographical position corresponds to a second geographical area different from the first area: searching for a second data center, capable of providing the service within the second area; if such a second data center exists, transferring computing functions to the second data center that are suitable for providing the service to the user, in order to implement the service in the user terminal from the second data center.
