    Abstract: A pilates exercise system includes an elongated frame extending from a first end to a second end, the first end and the second end both having cord attachments; a platform assembly slidingly engaged with the elongated frame, the platform assembly is configured to slide on a first track and a second track. The platform assembly includes a lower section configured to engage with the first tract and the second track, the lower section is configured to move solely along the length of the elongated frame; a middle section slidingly engaged with the lower section; and an upper section pivotally attached to the middle section. The system further includes a plurality of cords secured to both the first end of the frame and the lower section of the platform assembly and to both the second end of the frame and the lower section of the platform assembly.

A covering manufactured from a wearable material incorporates a substantial portion of the body therein, and provides a more comfortable feel for the user and is also fashionable allowing the user to wear the band on top of as well as underneath their clothing.
