  • Patent number: 10449625
Abstract: A magnetic inductor for heating parts by means of induction having a geometry with a density greater than or equal to 99.9% (absence of pores), produced by a plurality of welded layers formed by metal dust particles of a conductive, non-magnetic material (such as, inter alia, copper, tin, aluminum, gold, or silver), preferably copper or a copper-based alloy, having a spherical shape and a grain size between 40 and 100 ?m, and in a single-piece part including electrical and mechanical connections. Also, a method for producing the magnetic inductor with EBM technology (electron beam melting/production technology based on electron beam fusion), using a system comprising an electron gun, a vacuum chamber, a working chamber and a manipulation system.

  • Publication number: 20110132898
Abstract: The device comprises an induction coil (1, 1a, 1b) located around a tubular support (2) wherein the device (3) to be disassembled is housed, and it includes an alternating current generator (4) that feeds the coil in order to melt the thermoplastic material joints of the device by induction heating a metallic element of said device, which allows performing the manual disassembly of the elements constituting the device. An application is the recycling of screen displays. The invention is also related to a method that incorporates some steps according to that described for the device.

  • Publication number: 20110011852
Abstract: The system is based in that the heat energy needed to be supplied in order to demould a food product from a metallic mold (3), is provided by induction coils (9) mounted on a rigid support (4) belonging to a module (1), and several of these modules (1) being mounted on a common tubular support (2), being fixed through a ball-coupling to a ring (5) and a polymeric joint (6). The induction coil (9) on each module (1) is positioned close to the surface facing the cavity of the rigid body (4) of the module (1) wherein the mold (3) containing the food product to be demolded is positioned.
