  • Publication number: 20190346020
Abstract: A bicycle chain includes inner link members and outer link member. An inner link having two connecting openings which are formed at a distance from each other, pass through the inner link in the thickness direction thereof and are each designed for receiving a connecting component in order to connect the inner link to a further inner link in order to form an inner link member of a bicycle chain. An outer link member may be formed and attached to the inner link. The inner and/or outer links may be formed with features asymmetric about various orientations of the links.

  • Publication number: 20180194433
Abstract: A drive arrangement for a bicycle may include a plurality of sprockets arranged at a rear wheel of the bicycle. The sprockets may be particularly arranged to have a spacing that facilitates the configuration of an increasing number of sprockets in the plurality of sprockets. A singular front sprocket or chain ring may be used to drive the rear plurality of sprockets. The singular front chain ring may include first and second groups of teeth, the first group of teeth being wider than the second group of teeth. The drive arrangement may also include a rear derailleur. A chain having inner link plates with recesses may also be include in the drive arrangement.

  • Publication number: 20180031077
Abstract: A chain-closing link for a bicycle chain including two closing parts. Each of the closing parts includes a closing plate having a retaining opening and a displacement region. Each of the closing parts also includes a chain pin. The closing plate includes a recess and/or a hole having a securing region.

  • Publication number: 20170146109
Abstract: An individual chain wheel for a bicycle front crank arrangement for engaging in a drive chain includes a plurality of teeth formed on a circumference of the chain wheel and having a first and a second group of teeth. The teeth of the second group of teeth are arranged in an alternating manner between the teeth of the first group of teeth. Each tooth has a load flank via which force is transmitted between an adjacent roller of the drive chain and the respective tooth. Each tooth of the first group may also have at least one profile with an opening in the vicinity of the flank, in which a portion of an inner link plate of the drive chain, which portion protrudes beyond the roller, engages.

  • Publication number: 20170067536
Abstract: A bicycle chain is used to transmit the drive force to at least one chain wheel and contains chain rollers and inner and outer plates which are connected to each other by means of pins. As a result of a corresponding shaping of the extremely hard inner plate, the wear on the teeth which cooperate with the inner plate can be reduced on the chain wheels or sprockets.

  • Patent number: 8987097
Abstract: High performance thin-film, transistors are entirely processed at temperatures not exceeding 150° C., using amorphous multi component dielectrics based on the mixture of high band gap and high dielectric constant (K) materials. The sputtered or ink jet printed mixed dielectric materials such as Ta2O5 with SiO2 or Al2O3 or HfO2 with SiO2 or Al2O3 are used. These multicomponent dielectrics allow producing amorphous dielectrics to be introduced in high stable electronic devices with low leakage currents, while preserving a high dielectric constant. This results in producing thin film transistors with remarkable electrical properties, such as the ones produced based on Ga—In—Zn oxide as channel layers and where the dielectric was the combination of the mixture Ta2O5:SiO2, exhibiting field-effect mobility exceeding 35 cm2 V?1 s?1, close to 0 V turn-on voltage, on/off ratio higher than 106 and subthreshold slope below 0.24 V dec?1.

  • Patent number: 6190748
Abstract: A method of manufacturing an optical disc master includes preparing the surface of a glass master plate (2) with an adhesion promoter 4. A photoresist layer (6) is coated on the adhesion promoter (4). This photoresist layer (6) is subjected to a first exposure of a modulated laser beam (8) to produce an exposed photoresist layer (10) corresponding to the modulation information of the laser beam (8). A transparent sheet (16) is placed on the photoresist layer (6). This sheet (16) contains a distinguishing mark to be located in the optical disc. White light (18) from a second light source is passed through the sheet (16) onto the photoresist layer (6) to expose the upper surface of this layer (6). The exposed part of this upper surface provides a pattern (22) corresponding to the mark on the sheet (16). The exposed master plate (2) is then developed to form the pits (12) and a reproduction (24) of the pattern (22).
