  • Publication number: 20250090182
Abstract: Disclosed herein are clot treatment systems including catheters having multiple lumens, and associated systems and methods. In some embodiments, a clot treatment system includes a catheter having a distal tip configured to be intravascularly positioned proximate to clot material within a blood vessel. The catheter can further include/define an aspiration lumen having a distal aspiration opening and an injection lumen having a distal injection opening. The clot treatment system can further include a pressure source fluidly coupled to the aspiration lumen, and a fluid source fluidly coupled to the injection lumen. The pressure source is configured to generate negative pressure within the aspiration lumen to aspirate at least a portion of the clot material through the distal aspiration opening. The fluid source is configured to inject a fluid through the injection lumen and out of the distal injection opening into the blood vessel.

  • Publication number: 20240082540
Abstract: Disclosed herein are catheters having multiple coil layers, and associated systems and methods. In some embodiments, a catheter includes an inner liner, a plurality of wires over the inner liner, and an outer sheath over the wires. The wires are coiled about a longitudinal axis of the catheter in a first direction to form a first coil layer over the inner liner, and the wires are coiled about the longitudinal axis in a second direction, opposite the first direction, over the first coil layer to form a second coil layer over the first coil layer. The wires each include a continuous/self-terminating end portion wherein the wire switches from the first direction to the second direction and transitions from the inner coil layer to the outer coil layer.

  • Publication number: 20080023391
Abstract: An automatic strainer assembly for straining a slurry comprises an inlet for receiving the slurry, a horizontally disposed strainer body in fluid communication with the inlet, and a rotatable strainer member received within the body having an inner surface and an outer surface. The strainer member defines a plurality of passageways for strained fluid to pass therethrough. A scraper is positioned substantially adjacent to and contacting the outer surface of the strainer member for removing material from the outer surface of the strainer member. A collection vessel is positioned substantially below the body for receiving material scraped from the outer surface of the strainer member. This collection vessel can include a transport member for returning this scraped material to an initial slurry supply for reprocessing thereof. An outlet is provided in fluid communication with the horizontal strainer body to expel the strained slurry.
