An outer file metadata portion may be read from an outer file on the storage medium into RAM. The outer file may include the outer file metadata portion and an outer file data portion. The outer file data portion may then be read from the outer file on the storage medium into the RAM based on the outer file metadata portion. The outer file data portion may be an inner file. The inner file may include an inner file metadata portion and an inner file data portion. Then, the inner file metadata portion may be read from the inner file in the RAM. The inner file data portion may be read from the inner file in the RAM based on the inner file metadata portion.

    Abstract: Wireless communication techniques for antenna-switched diversity and multi-SIM concurrent operation management are discussed. A UE may communicate via a transmission path associated with a first subscriber identification module (SIM). The transmission path may be mapped to one of a first one or more antennas in accordance with a determination as to whether the UE supports at least one of frequency-division duplex (FDD) antenna-switched diversity or time-division duplex (TDD) antenna-switched diversity when concurrently performing wireless communication associated with the first SIM and wireless communication associated with a second SIM. The UE may also communicate via at least one reception path associated with the second SIM. The at least one reception path may be mapped to a second one or more antennas in accordance with the determination as to whether the UE supports at least one of FDD antenna-switched diversity or TDD antenna-switched diversity.

That is, the CPU may “sleep” while the DMA engine processes workloads in response to instructions it received from the CPU.

The system and method may further identify a memory segment within the plurality of memory banks, store the memory segment as a stored memory segment (where the stored memory segment is operable to restore the memory segment), and power down the powered-up memory bank associated with the memory segment. In addition, the example method may include predicting, upon completion of the call, a pilot timing error and a frequency error associated with a pilot signal of a network associated with a second subscription corresponding to a second SIM of the UE. In addition, the example method may include attempting to acquire the pilot signal based on the pilot timing error and the frequency error. As such, the example method may allow the multi-SIM UE to more quickly acquire a wireless system relative to legacy methods. Other aspects, embodiments, and features are also claimed and described.
