    Abstract: A tool for the mechanical treatment of a concrete floor, such as for power trowel floating and finishing with blades, for conducting the treatment with a hand-operated, walk-behind or ride-on actuator, such as e.g. with a concrete power trowel, a floor treating apparatus, or the like.     Abstract: A method and an arrangement used in floor surface treatment. Especially the finishing of a concrete, epoxy, dry shake floor or the like is conducted by using a trowel tool fabricated from a substantially plastic-based material and removably connectable to the operating head of a concrete trowel machine, the purpose being to prevent discoloration of a presently treated floor surface while finishing the same. A trowel tool is fastened to the operating head of a concrete trowel machine used in floor surface finishing for final troweling by means of the Velcro attachment principle by making use of attachment surfaces, which are included on the one hand in the operating head of a concrete trowel machine and on the other hand in the trowel tool and which are removably fastenable to each other.

    Abstract: A method in dry shake coating of a concrete floor, whereby an applied floor concrete mass is subjected to early after-care, in which connection, if necessary, after floating, on top of the floor concrete mass is applied a dry shake material for two or more superimposed dry shake layers, in which connection the surface of a currently underlying dry shake layer is troweled prior to the application of a next dry shake layer to be processed thereupon, whereafter the lastly processed dry shake layer of a concrete floor is troweled and the concrete floor is subjected to actual aftercare. The application of an underlying dry shake layer is followed by spreading over its surface a water soluble silica-based medium prior to and/or during the course of troweling this particular dry shake layer and prior to the application of an overlying dry shake layer to be spread thereupon.
