  • Publication number: 20060251244
Abstract: A telephone apparatus includes a body part and a sleeve-like grip part mounted to the body part for longitudinal slidable movement between a retracted position and an extended position. Mechanically coupled to the body part and the grip part there is a spring for effecting the longitudinal slidable movement. A locking mechanism is provided for detachably locking the body part and the grip part into the retracted position. There is also a user-actuatable releasing actuator for releasing the locking mechanism. The releasing actuator is located within the grip part.

  • Patent number: 7088692
Abstract: Apparatus, and an associated method, rewards a user for playing computer games at a mobile terminal. Computer games, or other recreational applications, formed of executable code at a mobile terminal are executed by a user. When success indicia associated with playing the computer game, such as a game score, exceeds a selected threshold, a message is formed and sent to an award server. • Patent number: 5293139
Abstract: The invention relates to a compressor and an expander for use in a compander realized in CMOS-technology which is used to improve speech quality in mobile phone systems AMPS (NAMPS), NMT and TACS (JTACS, ETACS, NTACS). The compander is integrated with other functions of the mobile phone. The compressor and expander have SC-amplifiers controlled by a control logic. A double comparator XOR-block is used in the control of the amplifiers.
