    Abstract: The invention relates to polymerizable multifunctional polymer composites and compositions, which are suitable for dental and medical applications, such as dental prostheses, filling materials, implants and the like. It also relates to a method for the manufacture of such polymerizable multifunctional polymer composites and compositions, and to the use of the multifunctional polymer composites and compositions in dental and medical applications. A multifunctional polymer composite or composition is manufactured from 30-99 wt % of a monomer mixture containing 30-99 wt % of a dendrimer or a combination of dendrimers and 1-70 wt % of a reactive solvent or a combination of reactive solvents, and 0.1-70 wt % of a nanofiller or a combination of nanofillers.
